Aşk olmadan Keşf olmaz.

Literal translation from Turkish: Keşf is not possible without Love.

Keşf  (pronounced “kashf” – “sh” as in “shall” ) can mean any of these

  1. the process of discovering the truth
  2. the process of acquiring intuitive knowledge
  3. the process of acquiring scientific knowledge.
  4. Unveling

Aşk (pronounced “ahshk” – “sh” as in “shall” ) means love. Aşk covers all varieties of “love” from erotic love to Divine Love.

“Aşk olmadan Keşf olmaz” means you cannot discover the truth of a subject if you are not in love with that subject.

“Aşk olmadan Keşf olmaz” implies that intuitive knowledge cannot be obtained without devotional love for the source of all  – the One.
